Stromkarlen Disturbance

At approximately 25f5 hours on Feb 31st, 2557, the NCPF receieved a call from V#1 (Alphrid Fastenfowl) from Office #37f9 of Building #88888 of Complex F of Stromkarlen Consolidated Fabrication Research and Central Office. V#1 connected with Operator #67f2 (L. Graves). V#1 was very distressed and incoherent. Operator #67f2 instructed V#1 to calm down. V#1 relayed the events as follows.
From the office (Office #37f9 of Building #88888 of Complex F of Stromkarlen Consolidated Fabrication Research and Central Office) window V#1 witnessed S#1 driving a large black esuvvee vehicle "recklessly" in the conveyance storage of Building #88888 of Complex F of Stromkarlen Consolidated Fabrication Research and Central Office. S#1 collided with the fence of the storage, causing the damage exhibited in videograph #21 at 3:f2. S#1 then continued towards Building #88888 of Complex F of Stromkarlen Consolidated Fabrication Research and Central Office, in the direction of the office (Office #37f9 of Building #88888 of Complex F of Stromkarlen Consolidated Fabrication Research and Central Office). V#1 fled the room (Office #37f9 of Building #88888 of Complex F of Stromkarlen Consolidated Fabrication Research and Central Office). V#1 heard a loud "crashing sound". V#1 used the cell phone he retained to dial 9-1-1.
At 25f9 hrs., Operator #67f2 reported the incident to Dispatch #18f6.
At 2601 hrs., Dispatch #18f6 transferred the incident to Dispatch #22f8.
At 2602 hrs., Dispatch #22f8 dispatched Officer Redshirt #f42 and Officer Bluebelt #24f to the scene.
At approximately 2607 hrs., the two officers (Officer Redshirt #f42 and Officer Bluebelt #24f) arrived on the scene. The large black esuvvee vehicle was seen evacuating the conveyance storage with a large indentation on the driver side rear door forcing the driver side driver door open. Through the open driver side driver door S#1 could be seen with a brightly reflective surface along the neck. The two officers recognized the appearance from the description in Case 4552524f52. The two officers contacted Detective Eff N. Freer. The two officers reported the incident as described to Detective Eff N. Freer.
At approximately 2622 hrs., Detective Eff N. Freer arrived on the scene. The two officers met Detective Eff N. Freer. The two officers escorted Detective Eff N. Freer to Office #37f9 of Building #88888 of Complex F of Stromkarlen Consolidated Fabrication Research and Central Office. Detective Eff N. Freer sat on a sitease in the room and using a stylus and notebook they brought with them, began to note what V#1 said. Below is a summation of those notes:
"I can't believe this is happening". Referring to the present disturbance.
"This really ruins my night". Referring to the present disturbance and it disturbing V#1.
"And after everything else!". Referring to the prior disturbances.
"They just keep at us". Referring to the prior disturbances supposedly attributed to competitor Fossegrim Industries.
Detective Eff N. Freer asked V#1 if there was any reason anyone would attack V#1.
"I don't know the reason, but the labbers have been at me for months". Referring to the prior disturbances supposedly attributed to Fossegrim Industries Divisional Lab and Headquarters.
"Yeah I know my enemies. There's three of them". Referring to the individuals supposedly perpetrating the prior disturbances.
Detective Eff N. Freer presented V#1 with photos of the suspects of prior investigations. "Looks familiar". Referring to S#3. "Wholly took a laze torch to the gate". Referring to S#24. "He's the guy. Head of the lot. Asshole, Ptolin Athin". Referring to S#f4, a person of interest in our investigation. V#1 provided the monikers of the two other cyb male suspects being Eckard Locke and Yellow Harmy.
Subsequent harmful events: Code 77 - Final collision with a Redbox.
