Warrant signed for Kelsey Khatun

Attached is a copy of the Telephonic Search Warrant you requested, signed by the honourabl Justice Travers (#37f9) granting us the full extend of the law. Given the complex loss of adeptness in the recent layoffs, a remote warrant would not pass, so this will have to be an in-person search.

Please arrange for a partial arrest of Kelsey Khatun to seize her cell phone. In-person protocol applies:

1. You are authorized to detain Kelsey Khatun until the cell phone has been removed and placed in evidence.

2. At 4 hours after the partial arrest, you will be authorized for the use of force.

3. At 6 hours from the partial arrest, you will be authorized for the non-consensual surgical removal of the cell phone.

4. At 12 hours from the partial arrest, you must release Kelsey Khatun whether or not the phone has been removed or placed in evidence.

As indicated in the warrant, the cell phone is connected via L3.2.1 (Nervous Tree Notation, femoral nerve, medial thigh). Always strange to see a nonspinal cell, but it seems purposeful. Given Kelsey Khatun's prior history regarding "ehancement" as she calls it, she will likely opt for prosthesis rather than a simple extraction. I have already arranged for ImMemorial Medical to send their best surgeon, technician, and ambulatory organoroboticist once you give them 4 hours advance notice so we will avoid another messy lawsuit.
